If you haven't seen already, i have started doing 'Weekly eats' videos on my YouTube. I get a lot of questions about what i eat, how to eat clean, what my portions looks like, how i lost my baby weight.. & it's much easier for me to show what my overall diet looks like than answer thousands of questions! Not everything is clean but i do still try to eat healthy and keep my portions a good size. But i am a coffee addict & chocoholic, woops! I also added recipe this time for good measure!
