Sleep glorious sleep!

In my eyes, sleep is one of the best things in the world..I am looking forward to my extra hour in the morning when the clocks go back (yeah right!). I am always looking forward to bedtime and in my old age, I'd much rather spend a night in bed than in the club. It is recommend that adults receive 7-8 hours of sleep per night, although I am pretty sure I need more! I generally get this amount every night as I go to bed at 10pm and Sienna wakes around 7am.. but it still never feels enough!


I do everything I can to get a good nights sleep, including the tactics below such as avoiding caffeine and avoiding eating too much or too late and doing exercise too late. Another tip I have is get a great quality double mattress. We recently got a new one and it is amazing! I have honestly never slept better, although I never want to get up! 


I definitely sleep better when Warren is here, when I'm on my own I find it really hard to sleep. I'd love to wake up naturally, I think it helps you wake up feeling more refreshed but with Sienna around there is no chance of that! She wakes me abruptly which doesn't put me in the best mood, haha.
